Job Description

At BRAND BRILLIANCE 365 INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, setting targets and quotas for regions and territories
  • Analyze sales trends and results to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Implement national sales programs, developing field sales action plans to drive sales performance
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education and training
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Ensure high professional standards are maintained, with monthly sales targets and KPIs met
  • Assess business strengths and weaknesses, managing sales programs accordingly
  • Generate leads and close new deals, meeting with customers to discuss evolving needs and assess relationship quality
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  • Identify emerging markets and opportunities for expansion
  • Provide daily reports of field sales success, communicating Voice of Customer (VOC) data to superiors
  • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts, providing sales support to distribution partners
  • Continually develop knowledge of business climate, applications, and competition for defined geography and accounts
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities
  • Document customer interactions
  • Data analysis and reporting preparation as needed
  • Develop successful and ongoing relationships with customers and clients
  • Serve as the internal and external face of the organization
  • Prepare and oversee sales budget
Requirements:
  • 50% travel required
  • Remote work
  • Territory includes Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arizona, & New Mexico
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, marketing, marketing communications or related field from an accredited university required
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/account executive experience required
  • Marketing experience (includes digital and social media experience)
