Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nutrition evaluations for patients identified as being at nutritional risk. Gather timely and relevant data, analyzing and interpreting this information in accordance with evidence-based practices. This includes safety-related assessments, such as determining the need for texture modifications and evaluating patients' ability to feed themselves.

Formulate and execute a personalized nutrition intervention plan aligned with the patient's medical objectives, nutrition prescription, and self-management education.

May involve the creation of a therapeutic strategy for specialized nutrition support, which encompasses enteral and parenteral nutrition.

Deliver nutrition education to patients, healthcare professionals, and allied health staff.


Requirements:

Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. A minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient clinical nutrition is preferred.

Certification as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician is also highly regarded.


Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $37.95, contingent upon educational background and professional experience.

Eligible employees may receive discretionary bonuses, relocation assistance, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation based on both organizational and individual performance.
