Matrix Providers is seeking a skilled Optometrist to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams. As a Clinical Eye Care Specialist, you will review medical history documentation and provide comprehensive eye exams to evaluate for loss of vision, glaucoma, and other eye-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to evaluate for loss of vision, glaucoma, and other eye-related issues
- Review pertinent medical history documentation
- Provide one-time, non-treatment compensation and pensions exams for Veterans
- Capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form(s)
- Complete documentation electronically and send to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations
Requirements:
- Actively hold valid and unrestricted licensure as an Optometrist in the state of Colorado
- Must be a qualified licensed Optometrist
What We Offer:
- Independent contractor opportunity
- Hourly compensation paid bi-weekly
- PRN schedule with up to 2-3 days per week, 8am - 4pm, weekdays
