We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JBS Allphase Construction & Maintenance. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy supporting daily operations and assisting project management teams.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, guaranteeing easy access to essential documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports, contracts, permits, and invoices as required.
- Support project coordination, payroll, billing, and accounts by providing accurate and timely data.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels, ensuring a well-equipped workspace.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and timelines, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Assist with property management, lease administration, and tenant communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience in the construction industry (a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with property management and lease administration (desired).
