Join Kimball Midwest as a Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Kimball Midwest. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by engaging with leads, prospects, and end-user customers through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make at least 60 outbound sales calls per day to potential Kimball Midwest customers.
  2. Utilize your sales experience and skills to adapt and support the Sales Team and their mission.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  4. Prioritize and manage your time effectively to meet or exceed daily call targets.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior outbound call center experience preferred, but not required.
