We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Mersino Dewatering LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and developing new business within the Houston, TX market and surrounding territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and build close relationships with clients to ensure supreme customer satisfaction
- Develop technical expertise in our business and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet quarterly objectives
- Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and prompt responses to all customer inquiries
- Research, analyze, and report sales and marketing data for the territory
- Develop comprehensive business plans to meet quarterly objectives and secure change orders
- Attend industry functions and promote our company image and recognition within the assigned territory
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in construction equipment rental, sales, manufacturing, or managing construction projects
- Knowledge of dewatering or bypass pumping and budgeting, cost estimating, and bidding procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements
