About the Role:

  • Drive growth and oversee market operations in the Houston industrial and logistics markets
  • Source industrial investment opportunities, including development opportunities, value-add acquisitions, and core plus investments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and landlords in the Houston market

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial models, development budgets, and investment committee presentations
  • Manage project progress, monitor, track, and report on project progress, and work with the Construction team to ensure timely completion
  • Lead weekly update meetings regarding development and marketing efforts
  • Generate proformas and project schedules, and navigate and expand relationships in the regional brokerage community

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent experience in real estate development or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial real estate development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, is also offered.
