Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Manager to join our team at COBRA INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES INC in Houston. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans and procedures for all projects and sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of HSE performance, including incident reports, near misses, and training records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • 4-5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • OSHA 500 certification.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
