Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in the formulation and implementation of enterprise integration platform strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Identify and engage strategic integration partners to expand our ecosystem and improve service offerings.
  • Lead a team of specialists in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and support of the integration platform.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering talent development and empowering team members.
  • Oversee governance processes, roadmap planning, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource management.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for troubleshooting and incident management, ensuring prompt resolution and thorough post-incident reviews.
  • Manage total cost of ownership, vendor agreements, and relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and business stakeholders regarding product roadmaps, project delivery, and service performance of the integration platform.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations, implementing best practices to maximize system reliability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing enterprise integration platforms and digital transformation projects on a global scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry, particularly in freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, Agile methodologies, ITIL, PMO/PMP, and Integration Technologies (API, EDI, Web Services).
  • Experience in budget management, vendor contracts, and leading both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms such as CData, Boomi, and Informatica.
  • Knowledge of CargoWise One Transport Management System is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
