We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Front Office Operations Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm welcome and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Ensure all operational checklists are completed as required by management.
- Facilitate clear communication between Guest Service Agents, Front Office Management, and Upper Management.
- Respond promptly to internal communications.
- Support the Front Office team by participating in daily and weekly meetings as needed.
- Achieve monthly targets, including personal enrollment goals.
- Conduct monthly inventory assessments and track revenue for the Made Market.
- Champion the updating of guest profiles within the CRM system.
- Address guest complaints promptly and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Proficient computer skills for managing reservations.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is required.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Capacity to stand for long durations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a shared workspace.
- Capability to manage stress from guests and team members.
- Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
