Job Title: Front Office Manager

Join Atrium Hospitality as a Front Office Manager and be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed, and that guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct reports and ensure they understand employment practices and policies.
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Manage labor costs and control expenses for supplies and equipment.
  • Evaluate and recommend revenue-driving initiatives and monitor revenue performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a front desk role.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite.
