Role Summary:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and sustainability of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring alignment with our operational partnerships. This position requires a strategic mindset, profound financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead the preparation and review of comprehensive financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, to provide insights into organizational performance.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s growth objectives, including annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Capital Management: Oversee capital structure and financing initiatives, evaluating investment opportunities and partnerships to support growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with executive leadership and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement internal controls to safeguard the organization’s financial integrity.
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership, preferably within the managed services or healthcare sector.
