Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and resolve customer issues related to biomedical equipment swiftly and effectively.
  • Adhere to company standards and healthcare protocols to ensure compliance and accurately document all services rendered.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition for efficient repairs and upkeep.
  • Report any quality or compliance concerns to uphold ethical practices.
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; OR equivalent military training; OR completion of GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in understanding electronic devices and the ability to read schematic diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties and weekends if necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 35lbs.
