Key Responsibilities
- Assess and resolve customer issues related to biomedical equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to company guidelines and healthcare protocols to ensure compliance and accurately document all services rendered.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition for effective repairs and maintenance.
- Report any quality or compliance concerns to uphold the highest ethical standards.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; OR equivalent military training; OR completion of GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in understanding electronic devices and the ability to read schematic diagrams.
- Availability to work on-call and during weekends if necessary.
- Capability to lift up to 35lbs.
