  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to Site Procedure Guide: You will be responsible for contributing to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure that all account processes are properly recorded and up-to-date.
  • Perform Various Site Responsibilities: You will be responsible for performing various site responsibilities, including copy/ print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory services, warehouse, file room/records file services, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Attend Cross-Functional Trainings: You will be responsible for attending cross-functional trainings to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide coverage when short-staffed.
  • Site Responsibility and Location: You will be responsible for site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Basic Computer Skills: You should have basic computer skills and technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to Multitask: You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
  • Good Customer Service Skills: You should have good customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Work OT: You should be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Security Clearances: You should be able to obtain security clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
  • Valid Driver's License: You should have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to Lift 50lbs: You should be able to lift up to 50lbs and spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
