Needham Animal Hospital is a progressive multi-doctor practice seeking a full-time or part-time receptionist/client service representative. We are a fast-paced hospital committed to practicing the highest quality of medicine and superior client service. We offer a variety of services, including ultrasound, endoscopy, chemotherapy, advanced surgeries, grooming, boarding, and doggy daycare. We prioritize a positive workplace culture and strive to be a place where our employees love coming to work every day.

Job Responsibilities:
Applicants must be self-motivated team players who value customer service. We seek individuals who will enrich a positive work environment with a willingness to work hard on a team and have fun while doing so. We are a busy practice, so you must enjoy a fast pace and be able to switch gears quickly. Some weekends are required.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Cornerstone software is a big bonus. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and have reliable independent transportation. A positive attitude is a must. Applicants must love animals but also love their people too :)
