About the Position

The Shift Management Specialist will be responsible for managing store operations and leading a team of sales associates at Goodwill of Western & Northern Connecticut. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be an essential part of ensuring the success of our stores and Goodwill's mission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage store operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing the retail store.
  • Lead and direct team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year experience in retail sales with skills in cashiering, customer service, display, shipping/receiving, and inventory duties.
  • Ability to lead and direct team members.
