Our Healthcare Services Coordinators (HSCs) play a crucial role in assisting our healthcare professionals as they deliver patient-centered care through evidence-based practices aimed at restoring normalcy in our patients' lives.

POSITION SUMMARY

As an HSC, you will engage with patients, insurance companies, and medical staff to facilitate efficient scheduling and financial processes. Your daily responsibilities may include verifying insurance details, managing authorization requests, and coordinating with referring physicians. A focus on patient satisfaction and the ability to work independently will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Key Responsibilities of a Healthcare Services Coordinator

Process patient payments and billing units while adhering to privacy regulations Implement proper procedures for Insurance Verification and benefits management Secure authorization and/or prior authorization as needed Conduct collections and reconcile all charges on a weekly and monthly basis Foster relationships with patients, healthcare providers, clinicians, and internal departments

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required, with proof of the highest level of education obtained. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting

Work Schedule

Part-time hours on specified weekdays

Compensation

Hourly wage range of $16.00-$21.00

The posted pay range reflects a variety of compensation factors, including candidate experience and location, while allowing for growth within the role.
