Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new commercial landscape maintenance contracts through direct engagement and effective negotiation.
- Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy for the designated territory, focusing on specific businesses and properties that align with Level Green's service offerings.
- Create and deliver tailored, client-focused solutions and proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of our services using a consultative selling approach.
- Implement outbound prospecting initiatives and qualify leads to consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and client interactions within the CRM system, ensuring efficient organization and productivity.
- Participate in networking events and industry expos to enhance market visibility and engage with potential clients.
- Foster proactive communication with key decision-makers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in a field closely related to Property Management or Commercial Real Estate Development/Management.
- Demonstrated senior-level Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective time management and ability to work independently.
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States and hold a valid Driver's License.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
