Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain target lists, developing client relationships and generating new job orders weekly.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment, utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and notes.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
  • Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
