Job Summary

As a key member of our Loan Agency team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) syndicated loan accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Account Administration: Manage daily administration of assigned transactions, including monitoring risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating activities with internal and external partners.
  • Operational Activities: Assist in the negotiation and drafting of operative documents and agreements, coordinate activities related to monitoring risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, and help close loan transactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and resolve issues related to control and client service aspects of assigned accounts in a timely manner.
  • Business Development: Participate in sales calls to current and prospective clients, prepare fee proposals, and evaluate fees for suitability and conformance with fee schedules.
  • Relationship Building: Manage relationships with current and prospective clients, referral sources, and internal partners to uncover opportunities and potential sources of new business.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for revenue growth and implement approved fee increases, fee discounts, and waivers as identified or instructed.
  • Team Support: Provide coverage and support for other Relationship Managers within the assigned Section/Unit as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, corporate trust, and syndicated loans.
  • Experience: High level of proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software, prior experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents, and calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and proven problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
  • Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of pertinent specialized internal software applications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $145,000, depending on the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience. We are committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
