Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and financing transactions
  • Proven track record of successfully executing capital raising transactions
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
  • FINRA Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required (or within 6 months of hire)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-confident and able to maintain composure in challenging environments
