Job Title: Specialty Sales Representative, Immunology

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Sales Representative to join our Immunology team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our plasma-derived medicines and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including neurologists, immunologists, and specialty pharmacy companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, managed markets, and medical affairs, to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to inform sales decisions and optimize territory planning.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biological sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the immunology market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
