Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Coordinator to join our team at Benefit & Risk Management Services, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Services Team in serving and responding to client needs on a daily basis.
  • Perform data entry and daily fulfillments.
  • Assist with open enrollments and generate board meeting minutes as requested.
  • Maintain executed contracts and assist in preparing draft agendas.
  • Coordinate facilities for meetings and ensure quorum.
  • Process incoming faxes and mail, and assist with outbound calls.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and positive problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The work environment is usually moderate, with occasional periods of high activity.
