Position Overview

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Significant experience in a senior HR role, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in human resources management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
