About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Encore Strategic. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that their technology needs are met.

This is a hybrid opportunity in the Bay Area of California, with a salary range of $80,000-$109,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, healthcare, dental, and 401k. Our team provides ongoing support/mentorship from supervisors and other team members, as well as opportunities for continued growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to laptops and network connections.
  2. Configure and deploy new devices to meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting employees in-person and online.
  4. Plan, execute, and manage IT projects to ensure timely completion and budget compliance.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT industry with a focus on supporting end-users
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Meraki, Intune, and Okta
