Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Control Technician to join our team in the Dahlgren, VA area. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and configuration of technical control functions on Government-owned and leased circuits, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and support of technical control functions on Government-owned and leased circuits, equipment, and facilities
  • Configuration, maintenance, and installation of all circuits associated with data lines, including distribution frames and associated panels, jacks, and switches
  • Monitoring, testing, and conditioning of communication systems
  • Support of operational control of communications paths and facilities, including quality analysis of communications and communications channels
  • Identification and correction of deteriorating conditions, restoration of disrupted communications, and provision of requested on-call circuits
  • Installation, repair, and upgrades to communication devices related to TCF

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of TCF experience
  • COMSEC or encrypted communications equipment experience
  • Security + Certification (DoD 8570 IAT II)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with 5+ years of experience as a TCF technician
