Job Title: Veterinary Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer multiple phone lines and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and check-in clients for appointments, manage client accounts, and process payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including emotionally challenging situations.
  • Manage walk-in euthanasia, including reviewing cremation options.
  • Collect deposits, fees, and invoices using multiple payment methods.
  • Manage client records and associated paperwork.
  • Follow established procedures for critical patient presentations through the Emergency Room.
  • Maintain accurate wait times for the Emergency Room and update clients as necessary.
  • Rotate through dedicated phone support shifts, managing all incoming calls.
  • Manage utilization of all exam rooms.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of in-person customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and internet navigation.
  • Ability to speak and understand the English language.
