Job Summary:

As an IT Operations Manager/Availability Manager at FLASH Technology Group, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to provide high-level briefings to clients and senior leadership. This role requires high-level, time-sensitive decision-making and supporting a high-profile government client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and availability management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience. The salary range for this position is $62,200-$69,900.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with multiple teams to include high-level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership
  • Requires high-level, time-sensitive, decision-making, while supporting a high-profile large Government client
  • Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur


Requirements:

  • HS/GED and 15 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
  • No certification required
  • Must be a US Citizen
