Finishing Crafts Specialist

At Williams-Sonoma Inc., we're seeking a skilled Finishing Technician/Craftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying coatings to a variety of products/parts using standard methods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to products/parts using standard methods
- Organize, move, hang, and prepare parts daily for painting
- Perform paint duties including proper paint preparation, sandblasting, grinding, buffing, and chemical treatment on parts to achieve the required surface finish
- Perform in-line quality checks to ensure established quality standards are being maintained
