At Performance Contracting, Inc., we're seeking a skilled craftsman to join our team as a Carpenter. As a key member of our construction team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of skilled carpentry work, including the installation, erection, maintenance, fabrication, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of skilled carpentry work, including the installation, erection, maintenance, fabrication, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures.
- Applying fireproofing materials in new and existing commercial construction sites.
- Preparing work areas by transporting needed tools and equipment from storage facilities.
- Loading and unloading building materials to be used on construction projects.
- Mixing kits of paint with the most common industrial coatings.
