Loan Center Representative

This role is responsible for assisting consumer loan applicants with their loan applications submitted online and by telephone. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support needed to process and close member loans via DocuSign.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and timely loan applications, including HELOCs, and contact applicants to complete loan applications, verify collateral, and prepare loan for review by credit analyst.
- Generate loan production through outbound calling efforts and identify cross-sell opportunities for additional loan products and services based on individual member needs.
- Prepare files for underwriting and produce loan documents, reports, and new accounts in a timely and accurate fashion.
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and 10-key calculator, typewriter, and keyboard skills.
This role requires the ability to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
