Uftring Auto Group is a leading automotive dealership group in Illinois, consisting of eleven franchises across six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington, and North Pekin. Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company developments and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance standards
- Previous customer service experience
- Call Center experience is preferred
- Excellent written and phone skills
- Fast typing speed and ability to handle heavy telephone and internet contact
- Above-average computer skills and ability to work on multiple software applications at the same time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Our dealership operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with every other Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch. Week working Saturday will have either Wednesday or Thursday off.
