Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technology-related roles, with a focus on Epic Ambulatory, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with experience leading teams through large-scale projects in healthcare IT.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of users, including IT team members and users in other departments.
