**Job Title:** Residential Recovery Specialist

Salary: $18.54/hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($250 in first paycheck, $750 after 6 months)

**Job Description:

  • Provide direct oversight and support services to chronically mentally disabled and/or co-occurring clients making the transition from institutional care to independent living settings.
  • Maintain accurate daily schedules and documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement individualized plans for residents.
  • Conduct regular apartment checks to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Assist residents in developing life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, budgeting, personal hygiene, sex education, and other areas.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of behavioral health/human services experience working with individuals who have mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology including e-mail, agency intranet, and electronic client records.
  • Current valid driver's license.
