Lead Coordinator, Early Psychosis Recovery Program

The Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time or Part-Time Lead Coordinator for our Early Psychosis Recovery Program. This initiative is part of the Massachusetts Early Psychosis Network and follows the NAVIGATE model for specialized care.

CHA encompasses multiple hospital campuses and a comprehensive network of primary and specialty outpatient care facilities. Our Department of Psychiatry is a key component of the Harvard Medical School (HMS) Department of Psychiatry, providing opportunities for faculty appointments at various academic ranks based on qualifications and teaching commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Program Director to ensure effective leadership and oversight of all clinical services delivered by the team.
  • Engage in clinical responsibilities, including conducting assessments, evaluations, and referrals for individuals and families experiencing early psychosis, while also providing treatment to a select group of patients.
  • Work synergistically within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Participate in educational initiatives within the CHA network and partner organizations.
  • Supervise psychology interns, post-doctoral fellows, or social work interns and fellows as needed.

To qualify, candidates must possess an independent license as a PhD or MSW with at least two years of clinical experience working with psychotic patients. Preference will be given to those with training in the Navigate Model of Care for First Episode Psychosis and experience with early onset psychotic disorders.

CHA offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement plans with matching contributions, generous paid time off, and continuing medical education allowances.

Join us at CHA, where we are committed to providing equitable and high-quality healthcare to our diverse communities. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
