As a key figure in a Child Care Facility, you motivate educators to develop exceptional programming in every classroom while overseeing the daily functions of the center. Our competitive salary range is $85,000 to $105,800 annually. Compensation is based on your educational background and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is currently available.

As a Center Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Embodying our company mission, culture, and values to foster an inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
  • Engaging in proactive communication with families, clients, staff, and regulatory bodies to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Managing the daily operations of the center, including guiding the team and providing constructive feedback to facilitate employee development.

Qualifications:

Applicants must successfully complete required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum educational and experiential criteria:

  • A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is highly preferred; an Associate degree is required with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a high-quality program is required, with a strong preference for experience in a NAEYC-accredited center.
  • At least three years of professional teaching experience with infants to preschool-aged children is required.
  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu to comply with enhanced health and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of themselves and others.

Compensation Range: $85,000 to $105,800

The compensation range provided here reflects what Bright Horizons anticipates offering for this position. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, education, training, certifications, location, and other relevant business considerations.
