As a key figure in a Child Care Facility, you motivate educators to develop exceptional programming in every classroom while overseeing the daily functions of the center. Our competitive salary range is $85,000 to $105,800 annually. Compensation is based on your educational background and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is currently available.

As a Center Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Embodying our company mission, culture, and values to foster an inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
- Engaging in proactive communication with families, clients, staff, and regulatory bodies to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Managing the daily operations of the center, including guiding the team and providing constructive feedback to facilitate employee development.
Qualifications:
Applicants must successfully complete required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum educational and experiential criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is highly preferred; an Associate degree is required with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a high-quality program is required, with a strong preference for experience in a NAEYC-accredited center.
- At least three years of professional teaching experience with infants to preschool-aged children is required.
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu to comply with enhanced health and safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of themselves and others.

Compensation Range: $85,000 to $105,800
