As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them grow into curious and confident learners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our preschoolers.
- Establish a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy and standards.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool is preferred.
- DEEC Certification is required.
