Position Overview
Rosenxt Technology USA is seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to enhance our North American operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust back-end solutions utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and industry best practices.
  • Employ test-driven development methodologies to build, enhance, and maintain complex applications in a cloud-based setting.
  • Engage in technical research and analysis of user stories, actively participating in agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Conduct unit testing and assist in establishing automated testing frameworks while collaborating with QA teams to resolve identified issues.
  • Provide technical support during user acceptance testing and address production-related challenges.
  • Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.

  • Contribute to the product vision and assist in team planning initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Python applications on cloud platforms like Azure.
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages such as C# or C++ is expected.
  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of REST and gRPC services, as well as microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative agile development environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with clients and team members.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in back-end software development.
