About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge AI-enabled applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to your team members.

With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, you will be able to design, develop, and implement complex software applications using modern web technologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring software engineering excellence and best practices across multiple projects.

As a leader, you will be able to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, and work closely with other business units and leadership to integrate solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team
  • Design, develop, and implement complex software applications
  • Ensure software engineering excellence and best practices across multiple projects

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex software applications
  • Proven expertise in developing both front ends (e.g., Angular/React) and back-ends (Python, Node.JS/GoLang) of modern web applications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Terraform)
  • Practical experience in generative AI and a profound understanding of its principles and latest advancements
