We are seeking an entry-level sales professional to join our team at Hireverse. As a Management Trainee, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic business opportunities.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to develop their sales and leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with senior sales professionals to learn about sales strategies, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include attending industry events and networking activities to stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and client updates. You will also participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership skills and assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree (preferred but not required), some experience in a leadership or mentorship type role (preferred), and a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and leadership. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of motivation, ambition, and a desire to learn and grow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also essential.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
