About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Rimrock Subaru. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to a high volume of internet leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and negotiations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
