Job Title: Sr. Escalations Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration of Assignment: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Rate: $21 - $26/hr on w2

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our client's team in a pivotal role. As a Sr. Escalations Specialist, you will support both internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints related to financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional support and tailored solutions.
  • Investigative Problem-Solving: Identify issues through thorough investigation and determine the best course of action to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle complex administrative tasks, including managing daily schedules and directing team efforts to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Performance Improvement: Collaborate on setting performance standards and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Compliance Review: Analyze complaints for regulatory flags and classify risks accurately within the case management system, ensuring adherence to company compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of customer contact experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze situations and recommend effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach with a focus on mentoring less experienced colleagues and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and enhancing their experience.
