Compensation

We offer competitive hourly rates and flexible schedules to meet your availability. Our retail sales associates are also eligible for tuition reimbursement and generous employee discounts on their first purchase, as well as ongoing discounts on purchases made at any Tailored Brands store.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at K&G Fashion Superstore, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience every day. Your duties will include handling customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately and efficiently, as well as incorporating suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
  • Customer service skills with a focus on creating a culture of customer-obsession
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will also be responsible for assisting with merchandise replenishment, store layout, recovery, and general housekeeping, as well as maintaining awareness of all product knowledge information, POS instructions, and merchandise promotions.
