Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to become an integral part of our Mechanical Service/Sales division at MJ Daly, LLC. This individual will be responsible for profitably growing our service agreement and quoted work portfolio to plan levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a relationship with existing customers and manage service contracts to ensure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Actively seek new customer growth through proven, effective sales methods.
- Qualifications include strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and mechanical aptitude.
- Two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree in sales preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and an operating vehicle.
