Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI at Capital One. Our team is dedicated to advancing the state of the art in science and AI engineering, and we're committed to delivering world-class applied science and engineering teams to drive business growth.
About the Role:
- You'll partner with engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products that transform customer experiences.
- You'll leverage expertise in hardware, software, and AI to see and exploit optimization opportunities, ensuring that our AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and cost-effective.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI, or Master's degree with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $165,100 - $188,500 (New York City), $174,900 - $199,700 (San Francisco and San Jose), or $140,000 - $159,800 (Sales Territory).
