The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the product planning and execution process throughout the product lifecycle, encompassing the gathering and prioritization of product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager ensures that the product aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to solutions within the practice, ensuring effective enablement of products, solutions, and tools within the organization.
  • Product Packaging: Develop and package products into specific verticals based on customer and market needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Review: Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on the financial health of products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product vision, goals, roadmap, and release plan, ensuring alignment with CBTS' overall strategy.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences for CBTS solutions, working closely with practices, partners, services, markets, and competitors.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement content assets for the complete range of products and solutions, empowering sales teams to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external resources to continuously improve processes that impact the customer experience, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operationalization: Assist in operationalizing the product, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of the solution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clearly represent the solution to various cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Sales Support: Support sales teams at various levels, assessing their specific needs and executing solution targets and plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of general work experience, with 6-7 years in a product management or development role.
  • Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques, with experience in process improvement, pricing, and financial acumen.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
  • Leadership and Development: Ability to lead and develop/coach others to achieve team objectives, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Work Environment:

Work is typically performed in a remote office environment, with occasional travel required.
