Job Description

As a key member of the Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, providing technical guidance, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal Oracle teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle's Electronic Support Services and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Documentation, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and product quality, working closely with OIC teams to drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage and develop employees, setting career objectives and proactively managing performance to achieve KPIs.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior management position, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle's Electronic Support Services and a deep understanding of the product.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
