About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at HealthEdge. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our clinical staff experience product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify growth opportunities and drive relevant platform product initiatives.
  • Anticipate and manage risk, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with senior and VP-level partners, both written and verbally.
  • Own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
  • Create and communicate a vision for staff experience and satisfaction across the digital care management ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A)
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience, with 5-8 as a Product Manager at an organization delivering SaaS
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature discovery, user research, delivery, and trade-offs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in Digital Health/Healthcare
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Advanced user of Excel, including Pivot tables, charting, and more
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office/Word/PowerPoint

  • Effectively brings a team together to solve a difficult problem, and navigate barriers decisively while taking stakeholder opinions and feedback into consideration, partnering with design, engineering, customer support, sales, marketing
  • Very goal-oriented, and motivated to make an impact on growth, member conversion, engagement, and clinical outcomes; not afraid to be held accountable for these results
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to clearly communicate with vendors, partners, and customers
  • Proactively and independently form trusting relationships with leadership, CSO, Engineering, clients, design, other stakeholders, customers, and end users
  • Be a source of inspiration, both internally and externally, for customers about our ability to break down a complex story or problem into a simple explanation or story and tone-switch for Engineering, client, and executive audiences
  • Experience in using product and analytical tools such as Looker, Confluence, JIRA
