Job Title: Associate Director, Analytics-Credit Cards

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Credit Card Analytics team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our credit card business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute key acquisition strategies to grow exposure profitably
  • Design and manage A/B testing around initial credit line
  • Partner with Underwriting and Product teams to optimize booking rates
  • Develop targeting strategy across all channels to deliver new account growth while reducing cost of acquisitions
  • Manage third-party partner relations with affiliate partners
  • Create a pipeline of new channels for new account bookings
  • Partner with Data Science to evaluate alternative data sources and develop cutting-edge underwriting models
  • Create channel and segment-level NPV valuations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of experience in a data-driven analytics environment; consumer lending, credit cards, or Fintech preferred
  • Advanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, Excel skills required
  • Innovative and capable of developing a highly analytical approach to solving problems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and juggle multiple tasks and individuals on tight timelines
  • 4+ years as a people manager
